Completely insane: WEB.DE

A few days ago I was curious what my WEB.DE account was doing. When I locked in I found the following: Although I had not payed for my WEB.DE membership, they granted me an extension of it!?

But what is actually the benefit of this WEB.DE membership if my WEB.DE account was blocked and disabled!?
